On 29-07-2019 Mr. Khamsouk Bounyavong Vice President of the Government Inspection Agency, Phongsaly Province, Mr. Asue KONSIN Chairman of Lao Konsin International Group Company Limited with Mr. Saykham Ounmeesay Vice President of the Government Inspection Agency with his wife and board, Mr. Asue KONSIN Chairman of Lao Konsin International Group Company Limited, and the delegation attended the ceremony.
