On 11^th August 2019, The International Off Road Challenge Laos 2019 was held at Economic Special Zone at Thatluang lake which was honorably attended by Sir Somphou PHONGSA, associate minister of Ministry of Education and Sports, deputy chief of Sports Department, Chairman of Lao Off Road car and Bike Federation, Mr. Asue KONSIN, the chairman of Lao Konsin International Group Company co.,ltd who is the main sponsor, athlete committees and journalists.

Mr. Somphone SAVATVIPHAN, chairman of Lao Off Road Car and Bike Federation claimed that this event is accomplished as planned which it is part of tourism promotion. This YEAR IS  Laos – CHINA tourism year which is an opportunity to promote both Lao culture, vehicle industry and off road sports

The International Off Road Challenge Laos 2019 was held in 9^th – 11^th August. There were 100 participants from 6 countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Republic of China
